# Chartd

> Chartd is a free app that puts every local event — concerts, pop-ups, open mics, and private parties — on one live map, where you can buy tickets in-app and host your own events. Venues and event organizers can promote their events through paid business plans.

IMPORTANT SCOPE: these pages cover the current day only, through the city's own midnight (plus late-night events into the small hours), so they answer "tonight" and not "this weekend" or "next Friday". That is a limit of the city pages specifically, not of Chartd — individual events dated beyond today do have their own pages at https://chartdapp.com/e/<event-id> and are listed in https://chartdapp.com/sitemap-events.xml.
- Event pages (https://chartdapp.com/e/<event-id>): Every public event on Chartd has its own shareable web page — no app or account needed to view it. It shows the event's date, venue, description, and ticket pricing, and signed-in visitors can like it, RSVP, and comment. This is where a shared Chartd event link opens for anyone who doesn't have the app. Upcoming event pages are listed in https://chartdapp.com/sitemap-events.xml.

## Pricing for businesses

- Ticketing: $0 monthly; $0.99 + Stripe per ticket sold. Best for one-off events — pay only when you sell. Basic event listing.
- Essentials: $199/mo with a 12-month agreement, $249/mo month-to-month, or $2,099/yr annual prepay; $0.59 + Stripe per ticket.
- Pro: $399/mo with a 12-month agreement, $499/mo month-to-month, or $4,199/yr annual prepay; $0.29 + Stripe per ticket.
- Stripe payment processing (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) is charged separately by Stripe. Example total fees on a $35 ticket: $2.30 (Ticketing), $1.90 (Essentials), $1.60 (Pro). Pricing verified current as of September 2026 (checked against the server-side plan table that records every signed agreement).
