Big Wave Women brings a work-in-progress film about the fearless athletes who challenge some of the world’s most powerful surf. Through intimate portraits and breathtaking ocean footage, the screening explores courage, risk, community, and the changing landscape of women’s big-wave surfing. Cinema SF provides an ideal setting for this early look, followed by the chance to reflect on the stories still taking shape.
