Team Cardiac: The Heartbeat of Heroes® brings Val Woods to Brooklyn Public Library’s Brooklyn Heights Branch for an engaging lifesaving lesson designed for children ages 5–12. Through age-appropriate instruction and interactive activities, young participants explore heart health, emergency awareness, and the confidence to respond when help is needed. It’s an empowering educational experience that turns vital knowledge into heroic action.
