The Suppliants

The Suppliants is presented on the third floor of Asian Arts Initiative, a Philadelphia center for culturally engaged contemporary performance. Drawing on the tradition of supplication and collective voice, the work invites audiences to consider displacement, power, community, and responsibility through live theatrical storytelling.
