Bite into house-made bao stuffed with crispy shrimp, gochujang mayo, pickled daikon and carrot, fresh herbs, and sesame; or choose wood-fired picanha finished with chipotle-honey butter. Crispy smashed potatoes and sautéed kale round out the steak plate.
