Austin Jazz Band

Austin Jazz Band brings a powerhouse Texas big-band sound to The Elephant Room, one of Austin’s intimate jazz rooms. Founded in 1993 by Bobby Davis and trumpeter Steve Fleckman, the ensemble is now directed by Brian Bettger, carrying forward a rich tradition of brassy swing, soulful grooves, and tight arrangements. Expect an energetic night of live jazz in a close-up club atmosphere.
