The Little Longhorn Saloon hosts Chicken Shit Bingo, Austin’s wonderfully offbeat twist on the classic bingo hall. A numbered grid, a specially selected chicken, and a little natural timing determine which square wins the prize. Expect lively barroom energy, plenty of laughs, and a proudly unpredictable Texas tradition that has made this honky-tonk a local landmark.
