HYROX Simulation

HYROX Simulation challenges athletes with a race-style workout modeled on the global HYROX fitness format. Participants will alternate running segments with demanding stations such as sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. It is an opportunity to test race strategy, strength, speed, and endurance in a competitive training environment.
