Yoga and Sound Bath Every Tuesday at the Living Church SF

The Living Church SF hosts a weekly Tuesday evening reset combining a grounding yoga class with a restorative sound bath led by Erica. Guests move through mindful stretches, breathwork, and gentle flow before relaxing into resonant tones from singing bowls and other soothing instruments. The experience is designed to ease tension, quiet the mind, and support a centered finish to the day.
