Local pianist Antonio Plumer leads a soulful jazz combo at Coffee Underground in tribute to—and inspired by—the masterful Kenny Barron. The set draws from Barron’s elegant, harmonically rich style, alongside selections from the music he continues to create, including the spirit of classics such as “Voyage” and “The Black Angel.” Expect nimble improvisation, deep swing, and an intimate club atmosphere where every note feels alive.
